However, he filed a law suit, prior to my invoice even being due. I would not recommend him. Although he is a very nice person, I do not think he is qualified to do grading work and he has proven to not be able to work things out rationally."

He was initially gracious and accepted accountability for an oversight. We agreed on compensation for portion of work that had not been completed and stated the remainder of work would be completed on timely basis. At the end of the year, the work was still not completed as agreed and paid for. I contacted the owner once again and requested a refund. He agreed to a refund but, I have not heard from him since. I was going 2 let it go but have come to realize the severe disappointment. As stated, I had given EastSide Lawn a lot of business and the lack of respect is eye opening."
