Landscape - Minor Grading or Resloping

Due to the grading this landscaper did, my finished basement was flooded and needed major repairs. I asked him to wait to discuss a price for his services, until after insurance made a decision. However, he filed a law suit, prior to my invoice even being due. I would not recommend him. Although he is a very nice person, I do not think he is qualified to do grading work and he has proven to not be able to work things out rationally.

I hired Wally's Landscaping for two reasons, interviewing him and price. I felt he was honest and an ambitious young man. I was right on my intuition. Wally cleaned up my yard of leaves, picked up old and torn landscape fabric, sprayed weed killer on all the weeds, and spread down mulch on garden around my house and boathouse. I was very satisfied with his work. He kept informed on when he was coming and answered all my questions. I'm happy I hired him.

He did the work however had to have him come back to finish up the job. Young guy who I think will learn from experiences and wants to do things right.
