I highly recommend Doug and Exteriors Unlimited. Given the rainy spring we have been having, I didn't expect to have my project completed until mid June. Much to my surprise and delight, the work started less than a week after we signed the contract, and finished that same week. Just in time for summer memories

Mike McConnohieis the owner of the company and the person we worked closely with. He was wonderful to work. He is very responsive and a great communicator. He kept us well informed on the project throughout the whole process. The plan was beautifully executed. Their workers were meticulous and very professional. When they came to a point where a decision had to be made, they consulted me. They did such a great job on the hardscapes and plants. The whole project was so beautiful! I have recommended them to many people.

They responded very promptly and came to give an estimate which was accurate. They came out within the next week to start work, which only took one or two days. They completely solved the problem I was having with water leaking in basement. The completed project was just what I had in mind; everything was great.

They did a nice job on the patio. Because this outdoor work is somewhat dependent on weather and because they schedule out at least a month, we had a hard time getting slotted in their work schedule. However, they squeezed our project in and worked quickly to get the patio laid. My only complaint relates to my "B" grade on punctuality. After I paid in full for the project, it took another 6 weeks to get the special stone steps cut at the quarry (which I believe was an issue with how backed up the quarry was).
