    My dryer was not working properly so Eric stopped by to inspect the situation. He suspected the vent ductwork was plugged up so the dryer was still heating up. He came back another day with new ductwork and attached it to the main vent which which my situation was rather complicated. But the dryer still wasn't working properly so he came out gratis and looked at the situation again. Bottom line it was neither the dryer nor the nearby vent but rather incompetent roofers that failed to install a dryer vent cover in early December when installing a new roof on our 8 unit condo. Within three weeks of the new roof being installed it snowed heavy plugging up the dryer vent. I'd also note that Eric fixed our LG ice maker. The refrigerator/freezer is only 2 years old so Eric suspected the unit was frozen rather than busted. So acting conservatively, I thawed the freezer unit to see if it'd start making ice on it's own. It didn't work so Eric came back out and installed a new ice maker. I appreciated Eric's follow through on both projects. I've been impressed that Eric is not eager to suggest an expensive solution when another conservative solution might work

    I'm not so sure I trust them any longer and here's why. I had them come over to do routine servicing on both our 7 yrs. old Bryant units we had bought from Burkhardt in 2015. I had a credit certificate from them on a previous installation error of theirs. When we initially bought both of the brand new units from them. So, this time I had used it (the credit certificate) towards the servicing which normally is around $149.00 each unit (roughly). The service guy comes over for the services and highly touts this a/c additive for $300.00 to my wife! OMG! Really?! He talks her into that the a/c will run quieter and better. For $300.00, mind you. Then oddly enough, our Bryant furnace wasn't working when he tested it. The fan motor failed. They came back to fix it. Luckily it was covered under our 10 yrs manufacturers warranty. He said it was probably due to the recent power outage we had in August 2021. Call me skeptical if you'd like. Something's fishy on especially this a/c additive. Don't fall for this!

    He was great. I called 4 people before I could find someone who could come out the same day. He spent a lot of time trying to figure it out and decided it must be the fan. The fridge refused to run the diagnostics. He had to order parts, but he kept in touch to let me know how it was going. But by the time he came back with the parts the fridge had started working again, and still is. He charged me for the service call, ( and he came out twice), and said if the fridge ends up needing that new part there wouldn’t be any more fees to have it replaced. He really seems to know his business, and he wore a mask , ( this is during the pandemic). I will definitely call him again

    He could have made more money if he had fixed the dryer but he was very honest about telling me that because of the age if the dryer I would be better off getting a new one. The estimate for the repair was already up to half the price of a new one and he also said that there would be other repairs needed down the road that would exceed the cost of the new one. Thanks to his honesty it made my decision an easy one
