First, they answered the phone right away (not everyone does). Receptionist was polite. They got me on the the schedule right away. They made two visits within 4 days (one to diagnose, one to replace motor). Each time, I was provided an appointment window (by text) followed by phone call prior to arrival. Wore thick enough booties to avoid tracking dirt in the house. Brought his own dry vac to clean out the dryer. Repair completed to my satisfaction.

They were fabulous; just great. The man was so nice, he even showed me how to fix what was broken myself; not that I'm going to take apart my washer. This guy was thorough. He was courteous. He was prompt and cheap. They were right on time. They were really fast. They came almost immediately. They told me a day ahead of time when they were coming. They sent a picture so I knew exactly who was doing the repair work. The repair was fairly quick. They were just great. That's all I can say.

I called Mr .Appliance on a Thursday and they couldn't come until Wednesday of the following week. That was fine with me, and they told me they would put me on a list if something came up earlier. I was contacted for a change to Tuesday. The company sent an email the day before with a 2 hour time window. 20 minutes prior to the arrival of the technician a text (with his photo) was sent to let me know he was on the way. As soon as he came in and I explained the problem he was aware of what was needed, and had the part in his hand. He gave an estimate and asked if we wanted him to go ahead and fix it. All labor and parts are guaranteed for one year from time of service so I was comfortable with that. He dismantled the freezer and knew exactly what to do to solve the problem. He explained every step of the process, asked if their were any other questions, and was a wealth of information. He was very careful to work neatly, ask for towels, and cleaned up after the repair. I couldn't have been more pleased The cost was $250, parts and labor) which I thought was high, but given the amount of time and work it took to dismantle and reassemble the freezer, and the professionalism in which the work was done, I opted to think of the positive... "cheaper than a new refrigerator!". The repair took about 50 minutes from start to finish....

I called Mr. Appliance on a Thursday and they did their best to accommodate me ASAP. Originally they couldn't get me in the schedule until Wednesday, but said they would try to move me up. They did call back and move me to Tuesday. The night before we received an email with the 2 hour time window. The day of service, they followed up with a text message when the technician was on his way, telling us he would be arriving in about 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem immediately, and had the part in his hand, anticipating that this was the problem given the description we had left with the receptionist. He provided a quote for the repair. All labor and parts are guaranteed for one year. After approval, he dismantled the freezer and installed the new kit, pulled the freezer out and removed the back panel to make sure everything was functioning properly. He explained every step of the way what he was doing, and answered several questions for us. He cleaned up the area after the repair. I couldn't have been happier with the service we were provided. They accepted an online $25 coupon.

Representatives from Mr. Appliance were very professional from the start of the process to the end. Our home warranty required us to use Mr. Appliance and I'm glad they did. Will, the visiting repairman, was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He walked me through what he was doing and why the machine was not working. Also, gave me some tips for extending the life of washing machines going forward. I would use Mr. Appliance again, even if the repair was not under warranty.

Will arrived and rapidly made the diagnosis of a pump failure which was not economically feasible to repair given the age and type of washer. Hence we paid only a reasonable charge for the service call

He quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue with the dishwasher (blocked air vent). The range required a new part and he explained the problem and replaced it. The only black eye came from his work on the refrigerator. Prior to the visit I had asked that the service person inspect the fridge and clean it. While we were upstairs he quickly vacuumed out the condenser without seeking our approval, then offered to give us a 'discount' from the usual $225 fridge cleaning. I would have never approved this work if it was that much (it involved a fairly quick vacuum job). However after some discussion they agreed to reduce the bill to a level I was happy with.

He priced it out as a single order and not an add-on order since we were already there for the other appliances covered by your warranty. He should have discounted the price deeper from the start as we were already there and there was no overhead associated with that service call."

The response was quick. The service was very polite and professional. The price was very reasonable. We live in Oak Creek and once he looked at our dishwasher and saw the part that was needed, he drove to Brookfield that day, got the part, and had the job done by the end of the day. I was very appreciative of this.

Josh knew exactly what the problem was, explained what he would do to fix the refrigerator, and quickly took care of the problem. He was conscientious in keeping everything neat (no spilled water). He also took time to speak with my neighbor who was looking for someone who could repair a refrigeratorr for his son. I definitely would use Mr. Appliance again. Josh was friendly and professional.
