"Would hire Robert Wright again, in fact I have some other jobs that I plan on having him do in the near future. I had Robert and his son install a storage shed for me that I had planned on doing myself, but I recently had surgery and couldn't do it until next spring. When I called Robert to schedule the job and explained to him that I needed it done in approximately a month he said he would do his best but he had some other jobs already scheduled and would try to work us in. He ended up coming out a few weeks later and completing the job in 1 day instead of 2 days and did a great job."

"I highly recommend Life Support Property Solutions! I had some water damage in my basement late last week and was very concerned with the rainy forecast today. Jesse was able to get to my house in an impressively short amount of time, bringing a ladder to clean out my gutters and help prevent any further overflow. He was incredibly responsive and helpful and went above and beyond to help when I was stressed about my home. I really appreciate his willingness to shift his day around to make sure this was taken care of before the rain came. I would absolutely recommend Jesse and Life Support Property Solutions to anyone looking for someone reliable, compassionate, trustworthy, and willing to go the extra mile. I?m grateful for the help and will definitely keep Life Support Property Solutions in mind for future home projects!"

"Ben did a great job! We ran into some issues: there were 5 -yes 5- layers of old shingles, and flashing issues because of it. Ben is very honest and would highly recommend him.

"We are undertaking an extensive exterior renovation of our c.1927 Tudor Revival and badly needed masonry restoration represented Phase I.
This was our first experience with a provider found on Angie's List and we were very pleased. I received a very prompt response to my initial request for an estimate and in comparison to other quotes we obtained, A O Handy was most in line with the extent of restoration we felt necessary as well as within our budget.
The work began within a few days of our having signed the contract and continued daily until completion. I was especially impressed with the crew's punctuality and how respectful they were of the jobsite. They tidied up  the work area everyday before they left.
I was also impressed by how well they were able to match the color of the new mortar to that contained within the existing grout lines. They also cleaned up the unsightly repairs where the previous homeowner had attempted to repoint sections of the brickwork himself years ago.
In summary, if you're looking for quality, old world craftmanship, I would strongly recommend AO Handy. It truly was a pleasure dealing with Andy, his son Arthur and the rest of the crew.
I am hoping the next phases of our exterior renovation go as well as the masonry restoration did.

"I thought I needed foundation work after I had a company install two new sump pumps as a precautionary measure, during an extremely wet time in Green Bay. The guy installed them improperly and I had water seeping in the bottom of my foundation that same night (btw it took him over five hours to install causing me great concern). He said it was a foundation issue although I’ve always had a dry basement. After tearing out wet carpeting and the walls (I’m 67)... Basten came out. In literally five minutes, Matt said the sumps were installed too high and flooded the drain tiles. In minutes he had his crew here and they installed the correct size sumps!!! No extra charge for an emergency, nor did they try to up-sale me, which as an older, single woman, easily could have happened!!! What honesty and professionalism!!!! Only took Noah and Hayden 45 minutes to install and not a drop of water since. Thank you!! Highly recommend!!!!"

"Extremely satisfied! He agreed to help out with very short notice, grabbed a few supplies from the store, and worked non-stop to install a vinyl fence in our backyard! We would definitely hire again!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
