Since the install, we have had some very large rainfalls and have experienced no water problems. We went on a ten day vacation with confidence and no water concerns. A 6 inch rain storm occurred while we were gone. From northern Minnesota while we were away, we remotely monitored the sump pump performance via WIFI using a iPhone which convinced us the waterproofing investment spent was well worth it. No weepers! This waterproofing project may be the best single home investment we made in since purchasing the eleven year old home in 1982. The equity in our home has increased with this fully warrantied system and remains in affect or as long as we own the home.
