He went over options for the window and different types of trim for the inside. He had an opening in his schedule and was able to get us in 2 days after talking with him. They installed the window in one day, then came back the next day to finish trimming the interior. Ray was a pleasant guy and he knew his craft. "Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"It turned out pretty well. There's a little bit of miscommunication when it came to what the promotion included from on their end. Other than that, it's been wonderful. We paid extra because we have a couple more windows and doors than their general that they cover so we had to purchase a couple of extras. They were very helpful about setting it up very easily. They sent us a new sensor because one wasn't working properly. It was a very good experience."
