"After purchasing an Angie's List Deal, I received the measuring kit in the mail promptly. The template and instructions provided to draw my split table top and each of the leaves were easy to use and understand. I mailed the completed materials and received the table pads very quickly. The table splits in the middle to allow insertion of up to 3 additional leaves. The table also has 2 drop leaves. That's 7 pads. All fit perfectly. I have used them on the table for family parties (not every day) and they're durable and built to last. I keep them in the box they arrived in to protect them when not in use. The Positive:
 The sales representative, Ken Jr., was astounding.  His knowledge of his field was excellent and I enjoyed talking with him.  He was also very thorough with his estimate and writing down in great detail what we wanted to have done.  I hope we get him as our sales representative when it is time to do our roof or our windows.
The work was done exactly as Ken Jr. had written on the estimate.  For the most part the work matches the current look of the shed and it has already filled the water barrel.  
The Negatives:
It was difficult to communicate with GF Company.  We had originally received a quote from Rick a year before the work was done and we contacted GF Company many times to speak with him about getting the work done, but none of our phone calls were returned.  Finally we asked for someone new and we got Ken Jr. sent to us.
After we paid our half-down deposit, we were told that we would get a call in about three weeks to find a date for the work to be done.  After about 5 weeks we tried contacting GF Company.  One phone call had us speaking with a lady on the phone who said that someone would call us back soon, but that never happened.
We never received a call to tell us when the work would be done as we wanted to have someone home to make sure things were done to our specifications.  Several days after our phone call was not returned, we received a text message from our neighbor telling us that someone was doing work on our property, but my wife and I were both at work and by time we got home the work was done.  Since Ken Jr. did such a great job with writing down what we wanted, we did not have any issues with what was done.
It appears that one of the items created on site for our downspout on the shed was likely spray painted on site.  The paint job has already faded, but we can find some paint to paint it again.
Overall, it sounds like we had a bad experience, but we did not.  The work that was done was done well and the sales representative we worked with was very knowledgeable.  We would use GF Company again and recommend them, but encourage folks to have patience with communication.

"The good:
They were polite, neat, and pretty fast in getting to our home for service.
They did the demo and got the dryers going promptly, which probably saved the carpeting - half of the carpet pad was shot and removed. I thought the price had included getting the new padding and reinstalling it after the stuff was dry. The area was pretty small & I didn't think it was going to be a major $ matter to get the carpet reinstalled after the dry - out.
I chose not to go through my homeowner's policy, as I have a high deductible and this was a fairly small job.
The not so good:
Although I appreciate their getting the work done, I feel a little misled. They did do demolition and drying out from flooding, but, they told me later, they do not do reinstallation of anything. There was a delay on their part to pick up the dryers, so, I think we ended up paying extra rental fees for lots of dryers that were running for quite a few extra days. They had said they would pick them up on a Thursday, but, they couldnt get here until Monday of the next week.  I got other contractors to quote the drywall, painting and carpet work. Strangely, when they came to pick up the dryers, they offered to do the rebuild work the next day - for an additional fee that was never quoted. It was all kind of awkward. When I told them that I thought their original quote had included replacing the carpet pad, I was told that that was a conversation I had with their boss, not them. I never met their boss, just talked to him on the phone. It was sort of like I was dealing with two different companies. 
Anyway, it did all get squared away, but, when I calculated the hours of time spent on the work, the effective hourly rate was pretty high. I would just warn any others to make clear what is, and is not, included in the quoted work. I have no issues with the work that was done, and, I think they were very professional and careful.

"They are great. They did water damage work for me. I really appreciated they carefully kept the baseboard and avoided me to find/buy new baseboard for the repair team. The cost is acceptable. When I told John the insurance funded me more than their quote, John said they only charge for what they had done and the extra fund is for me to keep. Hard to find honest business like them nowadays. Highly recommend them."
