They work crew were there the same day I got the estimate.  I was totally blown away, I had not even had a chance to clear off my deck as I was at work.  The crew carefully took all the things off my  deck and put them in my yard. They were there 3 days, and came back one more day to finish up the underneath trim work.  The deck came out looking great!  Very nice painting, didn't miss a single spot. Now my slab window under my deck is sealed up tight to keep animals from there and there is lattice covering underneath the deck

Great Job, I will probably have them back in the future as I have more things in mind.

"In our initial meeting, Gary, Loyear, was very thorough in describing the process for identifying the degree to which the mold impacted the corner of the room. We're seniors and my husband had been recently hospitalized. Loyear offered more assistance in moving furniture to access the area. While the work was in progress, Gary gave us regular updates and explained the next steps. Fortunately, it was a surface issue which did not require removing dry wall. Gary was very professional and helpful. We had another bid but know that we made the right choice in hiring Loyear."

"She was fine. We were working long distance and communication took place via phone and email. I would not ever hire someone long distance again for design work unless I see something on their website that is exactly what I like. She was very responsive though and she provided us with pictures of sample furniture and physical designs. I gave her a 'B' because she didn’t take a lot of time to customize the plan to our style. I expected her to adapt to our style, but instead she tried to make our living room fit her style. She seems to have a look that is her style and we actually asked her re-do the plan a few times before we got something usable. In the end, she is very good at what she does and she is very professional, but her design style doesn’t fit our way of living."

A number of times we added things to the work, quite a bit more than we originally planned, although size and scope were not great. Provider consistently showed up when he said he would, on time, stayed late, and was clearly concerned about doing a great job. In some cases, if he was not satisfied with the work, he did it over, e.g. repainting garage doors. His efforts and results were excellent."

"When they were here they worked all day. However there were many days when they had to go to other jobs and that caused delays on our project. Project took much longer than we thought it would. Had a hard time communicating, many times only got voice mail.Seemed to us the contractor had too many jobs going on at the same time. We did not feel our project was a high priority. Overall we are happy with the results but were quite frustrated at times"
