Then he put new caulking where he removed the old stuff. He told me what he would be doing, roughly how long it would take and what his pricing was, which I thought was fair. Took him just slightly over two hours to get the work done. He was clean and neat and picked up after himself before he left. I would consider him for some other handyman work that I may need in the future. Very friendly and informative."
