I hadnâ t had the best experience at all with home improvement projects. I had my faith restored with Mormanâ s Home Improvments My service technician was (Jay) he was very polite , services were excellent he also made a cheaper suggestion for me. You know you really donâ t find that much. I would highly recommended him and if needed request his services again!

I met with Jay who was very pleasant. Jay took the time to explain what was needed, and showed me pictures after he completed his work. If I have any other plumbing needs I will give them a call, and I will recommend their services to others.

Jay was very responsive. I actually had several smaller projects including installation of a new ceiling fan, toilet repair, pipes underneath the sink etc. He explained everything that needed repair every step of the way. I appreciated the upfront estimate provided so I knew what to expect. No surprises! Also,, the fact that he is a licensed plumber & electrician was a plus.

Jay did an amazing job with our bathroom remodel! It was a tough job in a 100 year old house, but he expertly addressed and fixed serious underlying issues, and we love how it all turned out. Jay is super easy to work with, as he is communicative and responsive throughout the whole process. We definitely would recommend him for any remodeling projects!

I called the Company for help and they were available right away. My tenant wasn't available at the scheduled time at the last minute and Mr Jay was very flexible. I didnt have to wait and reschedule but he came 45 minutes later as requested. He was very kind and professional. He explained everything before getting started and showed me everything upon completion. I have a peace of mind and no complaints from the tenant. I will definitely use this Company again.

I would like to thank Jay for his promptness in coming over to help diagnose and fix our broken sink. He was able to come in, troubleshoot, and get the needed parts very quickly. He also explained what was happening to someone who doesn't know plumbing. He then had great suggestions on maintenance and why the part he used to fix things would be preferred. Jay is great at returning phone calls and email, so getting in touch is very simple. We are very impressed and are going to ask he come back for bigger projects like bathroom remodels in the future.

We had hired someone from another site and they botched the job. It cost double to get it done correctly, Norman's Home Improvement, LLC came in to a botched job and worked diligently for me.
