"They did an excellent job. Stains were removed and the furniture and floors looked beautiful and smelled very good. They arrived within the window of time they would, communicated very well and did all of this within the time frame they had indicated. They got to it right after we toured the rooms they were cleaning. We added a few area rugs after they arrived and it was handled without any problem. "My husband and I called 3 mold remediation companies for estimates.  Donny, the owner of Mastercat, was the second person we spoke to about our mold situation.  He set an appointment immediately and was right on time for our meeting.  As Donny surveyed our basement, he was extremely informative... head and shoulders above the first individual we spoke to.  He explained much about mold, and his methods of removing it.  Afterward, he sat down at our kitchen table and offered us as much time as we wanted for questions and further discussion.
Donny was an instant stand-out and we planned to hire him.  However, our rule of thumb is to call out 3 companies, so we told Donny we'd check with one more company and he was in full support of us doing so.  The third company we spoke to impressed us with their "special" product that only they were licensed to use for mold removal.  So, specifically because of that product, we selected them over Mastercat.   HUGE MISTAKE!!  (Please read my review on that company, "Mold Solutions")
After a horrific experience with Mold Solutions, Donny came to our rescue!  Our mold removal situation required 2 days of labor intensive work from Donny's crew.  During both of those days, the crew, led by Mike, was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful of not only my husband and myself... but also of our basement and its contents.  I had worked many hours to put loose items into boxes in an effort to help out the crew... and was thanked profusely by the crew for preparing their work area so well!  In an effort to de-clutter the basement as much as possible, we had brought many things from our basement to the first floor (even though Donny told us repeatedly not to bother!)  At the conclusion of their work, the crew offered to carry everything back downstairs for us, relieving of of that exhausting task!  They were an absolutely amazing group of guys!!  
Our feeling is that Donny's crews demonstrate an exceptional work ethic because Donny expects that from them.  His expectations are clear, and his guys follow through.  It's so rare these days to find companies of this caliber.  Donny and his crew members genuinely care about their reputation... and more importantly... about their customers... and I simply can't say enough about how fortunate we feel to have ultimately given our project to Mastercat.  As a matter of fact, Donny recently (and immediately) sent out a couple of his men to attend to a final touch-up of our project.  Although much time had passed since their original work, Donny wanted to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with every aspect of their work.  So, in short order, Donny sent his crew to our home one last time... and all was perfect.  The most important thing for any reader of this review to walk away with is this: customer satisfaction is a genuine priority for Donny Reich.
Mold removal is a labor intensive and costly process.  If you, like me, find yourself in need of a mold remediation company, go with the best, Mastercat.   Professional.... responsible... reliable... respectful... and experts in their field.  All these qualities... and more... we found in Donny Reich and his crew!  Thank you, Donny, for coming to our rescue and taking such good care of us!
