They arrived within the window of time they would, communicated very well and did all of this within the time frame they had indicated. "When I called the company they came out the same day.  After accessing the situation they moved all of the furniture and games from the affected room.  After removing the wet carpeting the crew washed and sanitized the floor and set huge fans around the room.  They came back a day later to check that everything was dry.  It was an excellent job and we were most relieved that we had no mold developing.  Hope we don't have anymore flooding but if we do we'd be sure to call "The Master Cats"."
