Floor Coverings International (FCI) was an excellent company to work with. I needed someone who could remove ceramic tiles and carpeting, measure, and install a specific product I was only able to find online. Local companies only provided these services if I bought their flooring. I found FCI via Thumbtack. They responded immediately to my inquiry. Ally, the design coordinator, came to my house and was a pleasure to work with - knowledgable, professional and very helpful in assisting me with my project. As the job proceeded I found the whole team to be comprised of quality people. Jason, the flooring installer is a craftsman. His workmanship provided beautiful results. From my experience I can say they stand behind their promise to make the customer happy. You can trust them to do you right.

Dave and his gang made this so easy. They met my wife and I on time always. They were pleasant. They removed what they needed and installed a beautiful floor in a short amount of time. They cleaned up after. It was a great experience from start to finish.

I will start by saying that we were very pleased with the initial sales call, the affordable pricing and the final result Of the carpet. But I would not recommend this company. There was a severe lack of communication, rescheduling and showing up unexpectedly. As a customer, we were not treated with outstanding customer service. There was unprofessionalism in almost every step of the way. After I voiced my unhappiness and concerns, nothing was done to rectify the issues. I would not hire them again or recommend them.

Dave was instrumental in helping us choose the best floor covering and color for our basement. He was readily available to answer questions and concerns and made the process from start to finish a breeze. Installation couldn't have been better. Joe did an excellent job, too. He worked seamlessly with the other contractors and completed the floor installation on time. Nothing was missed--even the baseboards were painted to complete the look. Our basement looks amazing! We would highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

They arrived on time and left the work area clean at the end of each day. They moved our furniture and left the tv so we could watch it every night. They also left a electric chair so a disabled person could use it every night. They did a excellent job and were very efficient. The sales person was pleasant and explained everything very thoroughly. For all the handymen that have done repairs for us Barry left our house in the condition he found it if not better.

Floor Coverings International installed a luxury vinyl tile in the main room of my basement, and they installed carpet on the basement stairs. The cost was $5,993. Dave, the sales rep, was a good listener, offered some helpful suggestions during project planning, and did a good job of communicating with me throughout the project. Jason, the installer, did a great job with the flooring, especially transitioning the new floor from the existing tile in the bathroom. I’m very happy with the new look of my basement!

Though I used different installers they were instrumental in finding the right materials. Very helpful, patient, and experienced people. Excellent selection and wonderful to have examples brought to the home. Dave is very professional and showed real concern for my project.

Showed up on time. Worked extra first day of a big job, to make sure I had a finished room to sleep in that night. Very efficient and did extra to make sure stairs looked better than they were. Cleaned up as they went along and left with the rooms move in ready.

It was wonderful, Amazing. The owner did a follow up. The designer came to the house to help out. They had a mobile truck with the sample inside. They were there from start to finish.

They were very professional and nice to work with. Dave was a joy and was very responsive during the process and the installation crew was fast. They removed all the carpeting at both houses and hauled it away. And they actually vacuumed the carpet before leaving! I would definitely recommend them.

Installers were very good, efficient , professional, informative. The area was 18 ft by 19 ft. They Did a great job. Super clean up of the bare floor before installing the new carpet and also after the installation. Dave and Laura were the sales team. They explained the different choices in carpet. They were very thorough . The carpet arrived earlier than expected. Laura was here when the installers arrived, she was back to do a final walk a few days after installation. A very positive experience.

Our room looks beautiful! The owner, Dave, came to our house for a free estimate and we were extremely impressed with his helpful suggestions as to what would look best in our room… He was not at all pushy but extremely supportive. The installer, Jason, was courteous and did a fabulous job in a reasonable amount of time. We are happy with our new flooring and would definitely recommend this company.

Workers completed the project in a very efficient and timely manner. The work done was exceptional and they did a great job of cleaning up including the garage. From first contact at the HOme show to the finished product, all communication was professional and sufficient. I always knew what was happening, when it was happening and who would be doing the work. The owner came to our house, helped us pick product that fit in our budget and was sufficient for our needs, and checked the work when completed. The finished flooring, color choices and trimwork that was done was neat and professional and turned out better than we had imagined. They both went above and beyond our expectations.
