"We had a problem with moisture in our bathroom that created mildew on the ceiling in several places and drywall tape becoming unglued. Moretti’s found that the fan in the room was inadequately vented through the attic. The venting was properl installed and even though a new fan was potentially needed, once the venting was corrected, the fan removed air at the proper rate. We we pleasantly surprised that they just didn’t install a new fan that wasn’t needed as some would do. The drywall was completely replaced in the damaged sections and retaking was done. The ceiling and all walls were repainted. The repainting was done with and unbelievable amount of care. Areas were prepped and painted. We were always asked if we were in agreement with the process of the work and were continually kept up to date on the progress. The clean up when they finished was exceptional. Without a doubt one on the best contractors we have ever worked with and would hire them again for other projects in their scope."
