After many, many phone calls Double U called me back and came out same day to inspect damage and determine exactly what they would need to repair the job. The company (Josh) kept in touch with me as we had to wait for the utility company to show up. Double U got everything fixed and even the utility company was very happy the way the work was done so that they could easily hook me up with power again. "We had a wonderful experience with Everlight Solar. Nick did a great job of going through and explaining everything and how it would all work. The crew does a fantastic job and they do it quickly. They even suggested a placement change of the panels on the spot to maximize my production. One thing I wish is that I had added a couple more panels to the system beyond what they recommended- just to get that extra going back into the grid. I have seen the cost savings in just one month on my utility bill. More sun would be better but I did record 74% less consumption for Sept. than the previous year! The days are getting shorter, so have to take that into account, I look forward to next year and seeing just how much more it can produce.
