"Not long after we moved to Menomonee Falls and purchased our home, we had WASCO replace all twelve of our windows. Compared to our prior home these windows were a huge improvement! The ease of cleaning them from inside (multiple stories) was one of the best things along with a lifetime warranty. Years later there was a small issue with one and within days the service manager himself cam and inspected and did this minor repair. In this day and age that is a most impressive level of service. "Ridge Top was willing to work with me on pricing. Communication was consistent throughout the whole process. They provided me with multiple contacts, so there was always someone I could get a hold of if I had questions. Everyone I worked with was helpful and respectful. There were some delays, but mostly related to weather and material availability, and all delays were clearly communicated in advance. When I brought up a few details that I wasn't 100% happy with in the final walk through, they were back to my home within a week to fix/ finish things up. They installed new windows throughout the house, new siding, soffit, facia, and wraps."
