"It went well. He totally connected everything to the junction box and made sure that all the electrical devices were connected. Everything was connected properly and the electricity was running properly and those switches were controlled by them and he also included a dimmer switch on the light fixture. "AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!!!! For two year in a row, this company cleaned my gutters, and the service was terrible. Last year, I had to climb two stories to inspect the job their worker did on cleaning my gutters, and I saw that they hadn't been cleaned at all. He was at my house for half an hour. So, I called the company right away to demand that the worker get the job done right or I wasn't going to pay them. He went back up on the ladder and did the job right. I thought I would try them again this year. OMG, they did an even worse job of cleaning my gutters. The EZ worker was at my house for less than an hour, he walked around on my roof for half an hour pretending to clean my gutters. When he said he was done, I asked him did he want to use my water hose to power rinse the gutters with water. He said no, and that the gutters were pretty clean, now. This time, I didn't climb the ladder to check his work. I'm 63 years old, and reluctant to climb ladders at my age. However, several weeks later was on a ladder filling holes in cedar siding on my house. I happened to look in my gutter to be sure that fall leaves weren't clogging my gutters, and what I saw disgusted me ... my gutters hadn't been cleaned at all. I paid EZ Window Cleaners over $275.00, and THEY DID NOT CLEAN MY GUTTERS, even thoghh I paid them. They ripped me off."

"Horrible. First of all, he arrived late of around 35-40 mins. But he did call to explain. He came in the door, and I showed him where to go. His body odor was so bad. He went upstairs. He went back and forth. He went out to his truck, to get the right material tools. He shuts off four areas of the house just so he won't have to go up and down. Which made me so angry. And he goes back then he goes back out to find another screw. And after saying he was done, the switch was not even properly done. It was just very frustrating. I got so angry, I talked to the owner, and he sounds like as if he was making fun of me. And he promised to bring you and ivory cover and that did not happen."

"My A/C stopped working at the beginning of a streak of hot weather. I called Seider when they opened at 7:30AM. She took my information and told me they wouldn’t be able to make it until after 5PM as they were fully booked for the day. Also was told after hours rates would apply. At that point I was just happy to know someone would be coming. Especially since it was also the day before a holiday. Not much more than an hour later I got a call from Brandon, a Seider technician. He said he was about 10:minutes away and would it be okay for him to come now. That was more than fine with me. He arrived a short time later. We greeted one another and headed to the backyard where the unit is. He told me he was pretty certain that he knew what the problem was as he was familiar with the model that we have. And, he was right. He removed the failed part. Showed it to me and explained the problem. He retrieved a new one from his truck and installed it. He asked me to turn the air on. I was able to do that with my phone. And, viola! The compressor started right up and continued to run. Before Brandon arrived and replaced the part it would start but then stop after a few seconds. It’s now been about 10 days and the system continues to work like a champ. Thank you Brandon and Seider. It’s getting to be time to replace my furnace and Seider is at the top of the list for that work!"
