"I had hired them to put in a tankless water heater for my house. However, they realized when they got here that they couldn’t do it because of the way my house was shaped. I was pretty impressed with the fact that they didn’t try to sell it even though it wouldn’t have worked out in my house. They said that they could sell a regular water heater. So I was happy with them coming out and giving me an honest opinion and not trying to sell me something. They worked efficiently. There were a couple of times when the technician called me to show me what he was doing and how he had to do it. He had to turn the electricity and the water off for a second. He always came upstairs and told me what he was doing. I would definitely use their services in the future too."

"The overall install went well except for a small flaw. The small hole drilled in the PVC pipe splashes wtr out of the sump when pmp is activated. I now have to try to cover a portion of the sump to eliminate the issue."
