The installation took the entire day, but by early afternoon we had a new furnace, our old furnace was gone, and they had picked up most all of the debris from the job. The two workers were also joined by an electrician for part of the day. Our one issue with the new furnace was the loudness of the booster fan. I called Jeff a couple of days later and he immediately arranged for the replacement of this fan with another fan. The new fan is much less noisy than the first one and I appreciate how promptly they addressed our one and only concern."
