It went really well. Nick was responsive via email, and he was communicative throughout the process. Nick found a creative way of running power out to my garage, installed a sub panel, added five outlets on individual circuits to my garage, and ran power to my new L2 car charger. I couldn't believe how fast they were able to knock out the project. I like the way that he set things up so that we can easily expand in the future. Nick and his assistant were really nice guys with great attitudes. They worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and did a really nice job. I would absolutely hire them again.

Nick is a direct communicator, returns calls, is an efficient and timely installer, uses e-technology for communication and billing if you like and his pricing is really fair. He provides quality work and is willing to come back if something isn't right, which he did when I suspected a problem with a ceiling fan; that was ultimately a product issue rather than an install problem. Nick knows his products and is willing to make recommendations. I recommended him to a local business that my wife works for and she told me he got the job done and the price was below the estimate. I certainly recommend that you give him a chance to bid on your project(s). I have worked with a number of local electricians and I prefer a smaller business like Nick Electric that appreciates my business. Tell him Jack sent you!

I was told they'd clean up and replace all ungrounded outlets. For the most part they cleaned up in the two apartments but they left cables and old wires in several places in the basement and all over the crawl space. Those looked like live wires to the untrained eye. They also missed an outlet in a bedroom. I had to call them a back and have them fix the missed outlet and clean up the wires in the basement. The owner wasn't too pleased at the prospect of doing that. Two months later I got an offer and the inspector noted that there was still some knob and tube wiring in the attic and that's also when they noticed all of the old wiring just laying around. I had to have Nick electric come back for a 2nd time and the owner was really not happy with me. When his staff were working in the attic to fix the problem they missed, they were very disrepectful when I was trying to ask them a question. They literally mocked me. I had to ask them a question a couple times because I thought they didn't hear me. They were just ignoring me! This shoddy work almost cost me the sale of the house. They eventually got it right, but grudgingly. And the lack of professionalism and courtesy is leading me to advise others to stay clear of this company. They raced through the work and didn't do a thorough job.

Matt came right out and fixed two light switches that weren't working for one of my customers. He was quick, efficient and very professional. We especially appreciate it because it was done a Friday and we called at the last minute. We highly recommend them and will call them for all of our electrical needs in the future!

We knew about them through word of mouth. They were professional. They have well clean up. Everything was good. The only downside I saw was I thought the price was a little a high for how long it took them. They were there only for few hours. Basing on the work they did, they were good.

We had our house inspected and found an old mouse nest in one of the electrical panels. The buyers wanted it looked at to make sure no wires were cut or bad. The service guy came was able to come out 2 days after we called. He looked over the box, made a few wires cuts, and plugged the access holes in the bottom of the box so that no more rodents could enter. He also checked out our bathroom light to make sure it was code (we have crazy buyers) without any charge. All in all, he was quick and inexpensive.
