Integrity Roofing

We weren’t planning to spend on a new roof this year but we knew we needed one. Chris S. helped us manage the spend to make new roofing possible. The roof and gutter teams were very productive and finished within a few days. Both teams cleaned up the site very quickly which was important to us. It was a very professional experience and we are very satisfied with the look and performance of the finished roofing and gutters.

It took awhile to write this review. Take that as a good thing. I am totally satisfied with the work done to our home by Integrity. They did an outstanding job putting on a new roof, gutters and rebuilding our chimney. The mason was meticulous and this shows as an outstanding job. The roofers were efficient, answered my questions and left me with what I believe is my best roof. Ever. The gutter installer stayed and worked in the rain, at times pouring rain, saving us from the real possibility of too much water running down the side of the house and running down the valleys. Everyone was polite and responsible. Work proceeded quickly, efficiently and the cleanup was complete. Beyond my expectations. No trace that they were ever here. The owner visited the job site to check on how the work was going and to check if we had any questions or problems as the work proceeded as well as the day after all the work was completed. And the bonus, frosting on the cake if you will, something lacking way too often today: Open, honest and prompt communication. I would not hesitate to call them again on another home project.

I was very pleased. Mark came to my house while I was at work. When I came home there was an estimate for the new roof, as well as options for the gazebo, gutters, upgrades, etc. and brochures about the shingle styles. I like that I was able to look it over on my own and call him back with questions. The crew was about 6-7 men in total, the earliest showed up at 7am. They worked hard all day, taking only a short break for lunch, and finally finished around 7pm. They worked well together, everyone seeming to know their roles. They took the old roof off, replaced sections of plywood that needed it and put the new roof on – all in one day. The new roof was put on the gazebo the following morning. And the day after that the gutters were installed by a different crew. A foreman stopped by early on the first day to coordinate activities and to answer any questions I had. They were meticulous about cleanup. During the tear-off of the old roof, the flowerbeds and walkways around the perimeter of the house were covered with large tarps to collect the debris from above. After work was completed and the tarps removed, the crew scoured the ground for nails using a rolling magnetic tool. Mark called me the week before to let me know the approximate date of work, and then he called again the evening before to confirm arrival times for materials, the dumpster, and his crew. I emailed him a couple of times with questions, and he always responded within 24 hours. He mailed me an invoice after the work was finished, and I sent him a check by return mail. Easy-peasy. I am very happy with the new roof and with Integrity Roofing. I will recommend them to my friends.

I had many quotes but Integrity Roofing was by far the lowest. Very professional workers and they did a wonderful job in one and a half days on my very large ranch home. My roof looks amazing. I will recommend Integrity Roofing to everyone I know who needs a new roof.

Very well. Informed me well about options. Kept me posted about the time frame due to many weather delays the preceding weeks. Showed up on time the day they said they would, and were done by the end of the day when I returned from work. Cleaned up well.

I was very pleased with the process of replacing my roof, from the original quote to the final clean-up. I would strongly recommend Integrity for your roofing jobs.

My condo association contracted with Integrity Roofing LLC for the roof replacement of my multifamily building. I contracted with them personally for the replacement of 3 skylights, to occur when the roof was being replaced. I experienced workmanship issues, property damage and communication issues. Resolution of those problems never occurred. Excessive interior paint and drywall damage were incurred with the skylight replacement. Other Waukesha county roofing companies were consulted regarding the standard of practice for this type of job. All agreed that my results were unacceptable. I sustained property damage during the delivery of the shingles. I specifically asked that Integrity address this matter with the supplier and was told that I should take the matter up with THEIR subcontractor. I spoke with each of the partners by phone, email & text throughout late April and most of May in an attempt to address my concerns. Despite my persistence, they refused to meet with me personally. We never discussed my issues. They refused to come into my home to see the issues I was referring to. The response I received from them was written and it demanded payment in full or they would assess a lien against me. Buyer beware.

The Integrity team did a fabulous job tearing off our old roof and adding our new roof. It took them a day and a half. We are satisfied with the services.

They came over the next day and gave us an estimate the next day. He was able to get to it right away, and their pricing was on point with the others I had received. He explained everything thoroughly and helped make sure we knew what was going on. He didn't try to up-sale me. When they started, they realized the previous roof was not done up to code, and he worked quickly to revise his quote to accommodate the additional work to bring it to code. He stayed within a reasonable amount. He took a very personable approach to everything and helped us take things one step at a time. They really do live up to their name,and they operate with a great deal of integrity. They actually care about doing it the right way and they are very customer oriented. They actually look out for the client and are not just out for a profit.

They were very attentive and answered all my questions. Responded well and kept me informed. Very professional team and I was very pleased from beginning to end.

My overall experience with Integrity Roofing was excellent. The estimate for the roofing work needed on my home was completed within two days of my requesting the information and the price was reasonable. The work was scheduled to be completed within the timeframe given which was about four weeks. The roofers arrived on time on the date the work was to be completed and they were very professional. The work was completed in one day and my property was left very clean afterwards. Mark and Chris were very patient and helpful with any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend Integrity Roofing and they will be my go to company if future work is needed on my home.

It took two crews five days to do this job and I was on site the entire time. This was the hardest working professional group I have ever employed. They were absolutely fantastic! Once they left, you would never have known they were there except for the new roofs. No nails, cigarette butts, nothing!

all I can say is Mark, Chris and there crew (Junior team leader) were the best people I have done business with in forever!! the professionalism of all,the work ethic, and the results were far more than expected. one word would sum it all up - PERFECT!

They were best price because they have low overhead.  They were responsive, provided great quality work, neat, and very customer focused..wanted to make sure we were satisfied!
