"We procrastinated our roofing job until the end of October....2 layers of shingles removed, add new shingles, sofets and fascia. Found a hidden layer of cedar shakes and new sheeting to put on. Which im sure added about 2 unexpected days to the job. Took it in stride and got the job done. We couldn't be more pleased with the way everything was done. Everything was done exactly how he said it would be and when it would be, he was able to get us everything we asked for. Very clean, friendly courteous staff. Kept us informed every step of the way. "The insurance company hired another remediation company on our behalf, but I contacted Rich for another estimate/opinion. Rich provided me advice via phone on multiple occasions, told me what to look for and assured me that the other company was following industry standards. Ultimately Rich came to our house to potentially provide us with an estimate on the rebuild portion of the remediation. Although we could not use Custom Craft Environmental for this project, I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them in the future, based on Rich's knowledge, responsiveness and professionalism."
