He supplied an estimate in a timely manner and scheduled a time to start the project. He showed up when he said he would and was very conscientious of his work. Russ was very tidy and left the workspace the way he began every time. He let us know when he would be back as our job took a span of a few days. Upon completion he asked if everything was up to our expectations and said to call him should anything come up. I will definitely reach out to Russ on our next project and recommend him to my friends and family, as well as recommend him to anyone reading this review."

The removal of exiting tub/shower and installation of new shower was completed in one day. Shower looks great. Everyone involved was extremely friendly. Installation team installed all accessories after consulting with us on locations. Great Job all around. We are now engaged with the company to replace our upper floor windows later this year."

"This is the second job I have worked which this company an once again, they impressed. They got did a complete bathroom remodel and the tile walk in shower is a modern beauty. They worked fast and answered all my questions and gave helpful design ideas to pull everything together but also make it my own unique relaxation area. 2 perfect ts with them, both slam dunks!"

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Great. I had said I wanted both sides of the duplex cleaned at once time. I got behind in my "move in" cleaning so I asked him to come back for the second side. He was very happy to do that. Also there were stains that he thought might come back so he told me to wait over a week so we could be sure the tenant's carpet didn't have any spots reappear. He came back and re-cleaned the spots that came up again. He also cleaned the second side. He is great to work with."
