I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. "f additional defectsMr. Ariel Zmijewski (owner of GF Company) and his crew did a real nice job on our project.  The new windows look great!  Although a few of the windows supplied by the manufacturer had some defects, GF Company immediately contacted the manufacturer to provide replacements.  Weather, of course, delayed completion by about 5 days; but that can't be controlled.  Unfortunately for Mr. Zmijewski, one day a couple of the installers decided not to show up to work on our installation.  Solution?  Ariel, himself, pitched right in to keep the job on track.  And he did a great job!
It's not uncommon for some delays to occur....  manufacturer defects or missing parts, installers not showing up for work, weather, etc.  Fortunately Ariel has the experience to over come such issues as possible, to keep the project on schedule.
