I took the laptop in and in 1 and 1/2 days I had it back running like a top. This was an amazing thing as the ad virus I had was hacked on to it by some jerks in India and it was very hard to get rid of. They did it and in record time. Plus cleaned up some other garbage and a stuck update from windows that kept going in circles every time I turned the machine on.
They have moved down the street in Woodruff from where they were but not hard to find. Call ahead for directions.
