"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "f additional defectsMr. Ariel Zmijewski (owner of GF Company) and his crew did a real nice job on our project.  The new windows look great!  Although a few of the windows supplied by the manufacturer had some defects, GF Company immediately contacted the manufacturer to provide replacements.  Weather, of course, delayed completion by about 5 days; but that can't be controlled.  Unfortunately for Mr. Zmijewski, one day a couple of the installers decided not to show up to work on our installation.  Solution?  Ariel, himself, pitched right in to keep the job on track.  And he did a great job!
It's not uncommon for some delays to occur....  manufacturer defects or missing parts, installers not showing up for work, weather, etc.  Fortunately Ariel has the experience to over come such issues as possible, to keep the project on schedule.
