"Excellent professional service! Dave was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He cleaned three different types of flooring in my house and they all look and smell great. Furniture was moved, tarps were put down and he was very diligent and knew exactly which machine to use. Easy to schedule, no hard sells, and extremely satisfied with the service. "Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"The cleaning job was very thorough, everything was explained. Since the protectorant spray is somewhat sticky, it seemed difficult for him to wipe up. That would be the only things I would want to see different--not having to clean up after the spray."
