From the initial measuring and estimate, to the installation, and then a minor manufacturing issue, I could not be happier with choosing Superior to install my windows. They used different window manufacturers and for one reason or other (my comfort with the business, quality of window or cost), all were eventually crossed off the list. Ryan came out to measure, he was very knowledgeable, personable, and I felt comfortable with him. He was going to be doing the actual installation as well. I was already sold on the product, felt comfortable with who was going to be doing the install, it was a no brainer to go with Superior. The windows were ordered, installation was scheduled once they came in, and the whole process was flawless! Once Ryan started working, it was very obvious he is a perfectionist. The sliding door and windows were installed perfectly. I did find a scratch on the glass of one of the windows, and the office manager Stephanie, came out to inspect it and ordered a new window pane for me and then came to install it once it arrived. Ryan and Stephanie had really made this big purchase happen for me with very little effort on my part. They have handled every little issue that came up to my complete satisfaction with great professionalism. I would love to hire Superior for additional work I was to complete in my house!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
