They replaced the bad locks and installed new glasses for the broken ones. The job went smoothly and they're friendly too. Having them around was fun. However, Ryan called me when the new storm door came in and we set up a date for the work to be done. Ryan worked very quickly and he kept everything very clean. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
