"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "f additional defectsMr. Ariel Zmijewski (owner of GF Company) and his crew did a real nice job on our project.  The new windows look great!  Although a few of the windows supplied by the manufacturer had some defects, GF Company immediately contacted the manufacturer to provide replacements.  Weather, of course, delayed completion by about 5 days; but that can't be controlled.  Unfortunately for Mr. Zmijewski, one day a couple of the installers decided not to show up to work on our installation.  Solution?  Ariel, himself, pitched right in to keep the job on track.  And he did a great job!
It's not uncommon for some delays to occur....  manufacturer defects or missing parts, installers not showing up for work, weather, etc.  Fortunately Ariel has the experience to over come such issues as possible, to keep the project on schedule.
