After examining the basement area he said he would like to look at the outside of the home. He took his time, commenting on yard drainage grade, gutters, and roof pitch. He said, "he would love to take the Job but he thought we should first take a much cheaper approach to repair our problem". Dave obviously is a man of integrity. "Apex did a great job with our basement bar. This wasn’t your standard bar, and included multiple different specialties that they all handled with diligence and professionalism. What we ended up with was far better than I could have ever expected and is a great entertaining space with plenty of counter space, multiple beverage/wine fridges, storage for our liquor, a sink, and a mounted TV. Apex also communicated clearly and readily along the way making us aware of what to expect and when. As new homeowners we appreciated their patience and explanation of all they were doing.
