I’m Nick Herman, from the Green Bay area. Most of my career has been in flexo printing — running plants, training operators, and solving problems when the line is down. He was completely honest and made sure I wasn't paying extra for anything I didn't need. He recommended topping off the refrigerant, but said it wasn't necessary, and was upfront about how much he charges per pound of R-22 and how much my system might need. Joe also gave me advise on what maintenance I should regularly do. The pricing was reasonable and probably the cheapest around. He is now going to be my goto HVAC serviceman. We had agreed on a week when the work would be done. The installers called and wanted to come a week earlier. I okayed it, but it wasn't the best day for me. They were nice and efficient. The new furnace appears to be exactly what I wanted. However, the new thermostat control was a different size and shape from the original one and they didn't patch the holes or repaint the edges--not a big deal but when I got a security system a few weeks ago, they did do all that finishing."
