"Charged us over $200 took it in to have threads repaired for spark plug. After picking it up it wouldn’t start repairman said they don’t start them because it costs money for gas & oil. Took it to Nelson True value in Prairie du Chien they had to replace cylinder because Lorlebergs threaded it to far and damaged it. And Yes Nelson’s did start it in front of us because as he said how else do you know if it works, very disappointed"

  • Oil leaks

  • Vibrating engine

  • Smoking exhaust

  • Increase in time to mow

  • Unusual noises

  • Increase in gas consumption

Many Americans came to see reel mowers as old-fashioned, inconvenient, and time-consuming, and they eventually fell out of fashion.

Engine failure, clogged carburetors, dull blades, and electrical issues are common problems requiring service.

Yes, many repair services include blade sharpening as part of the maintenance package.
