We are replacing the windows in our house. I faxed a bid to Zuern Building Products @ 4:00pm. Nick called me within the hour of faxing. I had several questions regarding the bid. He told me that he would have the quote back to me by the end of the next day. He called me 8:30 am with the quote and said he would fax it within the hour, which he did. We got 6 quotes for the windows. Zuern was the lowest bid for the exact same windows. We purchased them, and Nick told me that they would be shipped to Zuern in approximately three weeks. I called in two weeks and they were in at Zuern and they were in the process of adding the 9/16 jams. They were in my garage waiting for the contractor within three weeks. Excellent to work with!
