This was pretty routine repair and service for my snowblower. They gave me a price and told me when I could pick it up. The job was finished when they said it would be and there were no surprises on the bill.

It was very good. They called me ahead of time when I had told them I might not be home. They arranged the date to return it and they left it at the garage. I've been using them since and really like them. They offer a great base rate that is better than 3-4 other places.
