There was something wrong with one of them. The salesperson was wonderful and I was told she was the one to go to. She knew what she was talking about. We really didn't do comparison shopping. We've had a couple of problems with the freezer, but they serviced those.

WE DROPPED THE DOOR OFF AND IT TOOK ABOUT 2-3 WEEKS FOR THE REPAIR. THEY SEND IT OUT TO ANOTHER OF THEIR STORES. IT LOOKS GREAT. THE PEOPLE AT THE STORE WERE COURTEOUS AND WILLING TO HELP. BUT THEY NEED MORE STORE CLERKS TO HANDLE THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THE STORE...WAITED AWHILE TO GET HELP.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY HAVE REPAIRED THIS SEARS LAWNMOWER FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. THEY ALWAYS FIX THE PROBLEM, BUT THE LAWN MOWER IS NOT THE BEST. WE TAKE IT THERE BECAUSE IT IS A SEARS BRAND AND THEY ARE CLOSE TO OUR HOUSE. THEY ARE HELPFUL AND RETURNED IT IN ABOUT 2 WEEKS. THEY ALSO RUN SPRING SPECIALS ON PRICE.
