"We replaced the windows in our 1933 home through the services of MadCity Windows. From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. "My windows were so inefficient I couldn’t get the temperature above 63° in the winter. I used to put plastic on the windows and the wind would blow the plastic. Lol. Also there was a significant sound improvement living near Highway 441. Installation was bing bang boom and finished within a couple hours. (Installed 5 Slider WINDOWS Fall 2018)"

"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
