"Krispy Clean did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets and in a very timely manner. The staff was friendly and responsive. My only warning would be: When they give you a quote on the phone it may not be the same as when they arrive and measure. I have wool carpet and there was a significant difference in pricing, almost double. I had taken the day off to accommodate the carpet cleaning so I did proceed. The carpets look great, but I think I paid too much."

"Mike, with Floor Shine, was priced affordably, was extremely reliable, and exceeded expectations! I hired him from out of state to clean my elderly mother’s carpets and tile grout. My mom has two geriatric dogs, and SIX cats. Mike stuck to his original bid, despite all the pet stains and odor. He showed up right on time with both his visits to the home. "They did an amazing job, and worked very hard. They showed up an hour late...and for the deep clean service were there for 6.5 hours (didn't even get to the inside of our fridge, and I didn't have them change bed linens). However, they were very friendly and our house looked wonderful! I would recommend them and use their services again!"

  • Cleaning Method: Methods like steam cleaning, which extract most of the water, can reduce drying time, allowing for light traffic after 6 to 12 hours.

  • Environment: You can speed up drying time by ensuring good airflow, using fans, and maintaining low humidity. Poor ventilation will extend the drying period.

Walking on a damp carpet can re-soil it, leave footprints, and potentially damage the carpet fibers.

It might be possible to wash your couch upholstery, but we don’t recommend it.
