"They did an excellent job. Stains were removed and the furniture and floors looked beautiful and smelled very good. They arrived within the window of time they would, communicated very well and did all of this within the time frame they had indicated. They got to it right after we toured the rooms they were cleaning. We added a few area rugs after they arrived and it was handled without any problem. We felt they were very trustworthy and would definately hire again."

Advanced Dry Carpet does so much more than their name says.

They provided carpet cleaning, area rug service, and tile/grout cleaning.

The carpet cleaning system is great.  It is different than you might be used to with an antiquated steam-cleaning system. They used a pretty high tech system that frees up the soil in the carpet fibers and encapsulates them to be vacuumed up.The best part, is there isn't that long drying time that you have with older systems.

You could literally have your carpets cleaned right before your big party....!!

They did a great job on our tile entryway and sofa and loveseat.I would definitely use them again (and recommend them to all my friends)

From start to finish (quote to completion) it was a joy to do business with them.
Plus, I got a nice discount for liking them on Facebook...!!

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

Yes, many services offer waxing as part of the polishing process. Confirm with your provider.

Common options include hardwood, tile, and vinyl floors. Professionals tailor methods to the specific material.

Each flooring material has its own maintenance requirements and cleaning techniques. For example, hardwood floors may require occasional refinishing and specialized cleaning products, while vinyl and laminate are easy to clean with regular sweeping and mopping. Concrete and natural stone, on the other hand, may need periodic sealing to maintain their appearance and durability. Follow manufacturer recommendations and utilize appropriate cleaning methods to preserve the integrity of your chosen flooring material.

The best way to clean vinyl floors is to vacuum or sweep away debris and then mop the floors using a mixture of warm water and dish soap or vinegar. You can also use store-bought cleaners if they’re marked safe for vinyl surfaces.

Regular cleaning, avoiding harsh chemicals, and periodic resealing extend its lifespan.
