"Outstanding experience. I'd submitted a request for a quote to another Angie's List pro (who never got back to me). Got an email the next morning that Chimneys Plus was interested in providing me a quote. Submitted a request & hot a call from Chad maybe 20 minutes later. He explained that he was booked solid each weekday well in November, but offered to come out the following Saturday morning. Arrived right on time, inspected chimney from cap to bottom & cleaned a ton of creosote from the pipe. He also cleaned our woodstove beautifully, including the glass, at no additional charge even though we never asked him to. The price was excellent; quite a bit less than what it seems other area services charge. Chad was also extremely courteous and professional, and left everything immaculate. This was the best service I've received using Angie's List. Highly recommend Chimneys Plus!"

"We've used RG multiple times and have had nothing but the best service possible. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and the pricing is all exceptional. Most visits have been diagnosed and repaired in under 30 minutes. Our most recent event was when our A/C went out (19-yo house) on a Sunday morning. I scheduled service online and received a text within minutes that they had emergency openings if needed. I texted back that we could wait until Monday morning, and they were here at 8 am. As soon as the tech opened the A/C panel, he knew it was the capacitor. Replaced in about 5 minutes, and he stayed about another 15 minutes to make sure things were cooling. The job was completed, paid for, and he was gone by 8:30."

"Peter did a great job! It's the best chimney on the block! All the neighbors are envious on how nice it looks. Peter gave us a choice of 6 different bricks before he started and he matched the mortar color with that of the house. The flashing also is perfect. Ditto the top cap. He cleaned up the job site well and cleaned all our gutters too! Price was right too. The only problem was that his communication needs some work. He got sick in the late winter/early spring and didn't let me know that he wouldn't be able to complete in the agreed time frame. Wasn't a problem for me but would have been better to just email or call and let me know. His work was also delayed by our wet Spring we had this year. Again communication with me could have been better. But, bottom line is he does great work. I would recommend him."

"WOW! 24 hours from dumpster and shingle arrival to dumpster pick up. The roof was DONE in 10 hours - I'm stunned! And I could not be more impressed with Dialed In Roofing & Exteriors and Caesar Dumpster LLC. From the beginning, they were so down to earth and helpful answering all of my questions. Thanh was amazing - he brought the drone out to take footage of the roof and walked me through what he saw up there. Because of the urgency with the 2 bedroom leaks we uncovered, they worked to get the job in the week of - and the good Lord blessed us with a beautiful day for them to work. They adjusted some of the twinkle lights and opened the back gates and everything was put back perfectly and buttoned up tight. I have found less than 10 stray nails, which is amazing! As they did tear off, they WALKED arm fulls of shingles to the higher roof line to throw into the dumpster, instead of letting it all fall over the yard. They had all sides covered with giant tarps to catch debris and keep it as contained as possible. One thing they mentioned that another company didn't, was looking in the attic crawl space for mold. I was even told by others, "oh yeah, I don't need to see it, we'll just go ahead with replacement". Thanh made sure to check out the locations of the leaks, showed me what he found and was comfortable that there was no mold issues present. Caesar Dumpster LLC snuck the dumpster into the driveway, right next to the retaining wall, with zero issues! I was so grateful to see them placing 2x4s down for the dumpster to sit on to preserve the driveway! And he came in quick this morning to remove it - nice and simple! I will rave about this process for a long time, and will recommend Dialed In anytime I have the opportunity! Thanh and crew - THANK YOU for the peace of mind you have given us!!!"

"This company charged an elderly couple that lived in a different state $44,000 to replace a flat roof in Two Rivers. After inspecting the roof for a few minutes it was clear that none of the decking the customer paid for to have replaced was actually replaced. It was still spongy and rotten under the new membrane. Unfortunately they lived in a different state and were unable to see the finished product before they paid their invoice."

"It went wonderfully. Al and his team finished the chimney repair in two days. They had to remove all the bricks from the roof up, replaced the brick, flashing and any rotten wood underneath/around the chimney area. Really nice team that did a beautiful job. Very well priced!
