The service tech arrived well within the time frame appointment and accomplished cleaning out the sewer line of the shallow roots of maple trees native to this neighborhood. He was very professional, polite, precise, cordial and complete in explaining the service performed.

Other than taking a while to get the service scheduled, it was a very good experience.  He showed up on time to do  the pumping.  He also rinsed the tank and removed some tree roots.  The price was fair and he seemed knowledgeable.  I would use Pinky's in the future.
