Our experience was excellent. As far as I know, he appeared to do a thorough job, answering questions and providing helpful tips as we went along the inspection process. A few small things I had noticed that he did not, but I knew the house a little better so maybe it was me being and quot;nit-picky.and quot; Overall, we were very pleased with the process, and we would definitely recommend his services.

Well, as I stated above, I was impressed with Tom's thoroughness and his expertise in everything ranging from construction methods, materials, heating/cooling/water heater issues, and likely maintenance concerns for all of the above. He was full of helpful and useful information to help me plan future maintenance and prioritize a probable schedule as items require repair or replacement.
All-in-all, I feel much better about the purchase I am making because I feel that I am now equipped with a much better knowledge of what I can expect for the next 5 to 10 years of ownership. I am very pleased with Tom's expertise, and would recommend him to anyone considering a home purchase in the greater Eau Claire area. His fee is very reasonable, and he and quot;knows his stuff!and quot;
