Hired them to do a pre move in cleaning of our recently purchased home. They were very easy to work with and schedule. I was satisfied overall with the job performed, but there were little things that were missed. Inside of drawers were dirty and had not been wiped out and garage was not swept out which was very dusty. Cob webs around laundry room window that should have been wiped down. Again overall I was satisfied with the service we received and their efforts to get our house move in ready.

I highly recommend this business. I hired them to clean our home in conjunction to moving out. They were easy to hire and proficient at using the internet for business and provided very thorough cleaning services at a very good price. There references were excellent and they lived up to them. We have used the Maid for You Cleaning Service to maintain our rental property in Eau Claire for five years. Diane contacts us each year to schedule our cleaning and coordinates with our renters for us. She and her cleaners go above and beyond the call of duty each and every time. They work around our renter's schedules, clean on weekends and into the evening, and always leave everything spotless. Each year Diane has stopped in to check with us and the work that was performed and gives us a thorough update on things her crew sees that may need fixing in the future. We call on her during the year for referrals for other services and she is always prompt in responding to us. We will continue to use her services as long as she will have us! Thanks Diane and your crew for always looking out for us and our renters needs!

We ended up still cleaning for you because your other local service didn't arrive. Although it was over a hour each way to your house, we did enjoy and appreciate your call. Thank you."

I was really impressed with Diane (owner) when she came for the walk through; she was friendly, informative, and got along well with my dog. However, she was not the one who performed the cleaning on my home. The girl who came showed up late the first day. When I was home during cleanings, she was thorough. When I was not home, she was not; the toilets were obviously not cleaned, only traffic patterns were vacuumed, and only parts of rooms were dusted. The first time I left a note for her, but she still did not improve her cleaning. I emailed Diane with pictures of her work, and asked for a new person to come clean. The second girl was very nice and did a more thorough job. However, she had a different full time job, and would email or text every week to ask when she should arrive despite me having a scheduled time. The final straw was when I had company coming for the weekend, and no one showed up at all! My company beat me home, and nothing had been cleaned. Additionally, I had left my house open all day assuming someone would be there within 30 minutes of my leaving. I contacted the girl who told me her regular job had changed her hours and then asked if would I like to reschedule. I understand that things come up, but knowing before hand would have been helpful for me as a client and shown a more professional image for the company.

Did an absolutely wonderful job on cleaning our rental property after a move out. The appliances were sparkling, the bathroom was clean and sanitized. Everything they did exceeded my expectations. I originally contacted them by phone and spoke to Diane, the owner, personally. After speaking with her for about 10 minutes I hired her and didn't call any other company on my list! She takes great pride in the work she does for her clients. She was extremely flexible with us and worked around our schedule to get the house cleaned before our new renters moved in. Enjoyed meeting and talking with her when she stopped by today with the key. Terrific company, terrific owner and a wonderful job.

They come once every two weeks. The owner of the company is Diane Rahl. She is friendly and very professional. We have a dog so there is a lot to clean. They are terrific and I recommend them highly.
