Provided a quote that did not change throughout the entire process. Scheduled an installation appointment about 6 weeks later. We requested a change order that was dealt with expeditiously. Installers arrived on at the day and time as promised. Jon B. and Chris G. were professional and skilled. Demolition debris had to be removed by carrying it throughout our entire house and when finished, they left everything immaculate. Job involved a significant amount of demolition, re-routing of plumbing, addition of walls, water proofing an existing window, and installation of a walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. Again, professional in all aspects. Would hire again in a minute."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
