"Salesperson Dianna Beatty came to house without samples, Colors, accessories, etc. Her handheld device wasn't working to help in anyway. Project originally quoted for $36,657.00 & repeatedly reduced the price to $31,000.00 if we signed the contract today without knowing what the product looked like."

I am a general contractor with 22 years of experience. I don't just do it all I do it all WELL, and I take my time to make sure that the customer is happy with the end result. I generally work on a half down, half when the job is completed basis, but I will look at each situation individually and determine what is fair to the customer.

"This was a project that Dave did for me in Fall, 2015. He was completely professional at every step of the work done. He discussed all variations before proceeding and gave particularly good advice on making improvements to the original plan. He completed both decks within the time he estimated and did a thorough clean-up of the worksite when he was finished. After two years of use and exposure to the Wisconsin winter, both decks have proven to be very well-built."

Modular and Mobile Home Remodel questions, answered by experts

To pair a unique sense of style with white walls, keep them well-decorated. Hang vibrant art or bold furniture to add color to the room. Add some texture and greenery to the space with plants. Choose accent pieces such as throw pillows or light fixtures with patterns. Having a white wall can be a plus as it allows homeowners to easily decorate their homes as they desire without worrying about clashing with the paint color.

You can gut and remodel one room at a time. Though the project will take longer overall, there are a few benefits. First, it limits disruptions and allows homeowners to maintain access to a portion of their home while it’s under construction. It also helps homeowners manage their budgets. Not everyone is ready to remodel the whole house at once, and it may be more feasible to slowly upgrade your home over time.

They recommend sustainable materials and water-saving fixtures, tailoring choices to balance sustainability and style.

Raising a sunken living room requires help from a professional contractor. The expert will remove existing flooring and trim, reroute utility lines with respect to the new floor level, pour concrete to fill the recessed space, and then let the concrete cure. After the foundation is raised up, the contractor will install the new utility lines, repaint the walls, if necessary, and finish the area with flooring and trim.

Coffered ceilings can make a room look bigger, but they also run the risk of doing the opposite. Installation may require lowering the ceiling and creating a shorter ceiling height, while smaller panels and larger beams can create a busier textured look that creates the illusion of a smaller space. On the other hand, installing larger ceiling panels can create the illusion of more space.
