"Zach was first to arrive and noted we had a bathroom exhaust fan to replace and the need for a whole-home surge protector. Zach checked our electrical first, as a good diagnostic first step, and discovered a voltage drop. I decided to hold off on that for a short time. Evan arrived and wasted no time in removing the existing bath fan/light and installing the new unit. Following the bathroom, Evan installed the whole-house surge protector. Zach and Evan were not only professional and knowledgeable but also extremely courteous and friendly. "Tim was highly professional and punctual in fact they showed up an hour early. I wasn’t able to be home while Tim was performing the work. But he kept me in the loop the entire time. He advices a better alternative to solve my electrical outlet needs. Tim was very responsive with addressing all of the questions I asked via text leading up to the install day.
