"Matt and his crew completed several projects for me between October 2017 and January 2018. The most extensive was a complete bathroom remodel, replacing plumbing (including installing a cast iron tub), laying floor, wall, shower & tub tile, and installing a vent fan/light over the shower/tub. Other work completed included locating and sealing a roof leak, repairing water damage to plaster walls and ceilings in a bedroom and kitchen, replacing a support beam for back door landing, framing and enclosing the basement stairs and stairwell. "I should have gotten more estimates but I was worried about what was behind my bathroom walls that might have lead to more expenses than the original estimate. The bathtub looks great but the first time I took a shower the water pressure was terrible. They sent someone out the next day but he was unable to resolve the problem. There were several conversations and I was told the plumber thought there was a cracked pipe and I should get a local plumber out to fix it. They did offer to split the cost of the repair bill. However, I was never informed of any issues with the pipes and when I did get a plumber out, I was informed it was not my pipes and the problem was with one of the newly installed pipes. In my opinion, this is a problem that should have been caught during installation. Now I am waiting for a fourth service person to rip out one of the walls and replace the pipe. For as much as I paid, I expected better quality installation."
