He installed a new Bradford White 40 gallon power vent water heater and removed my old water heater that was no longer working. He arrived at 8am, very prompt. Was courteous and respectful of our home. He brought drop cloths to lay down over our carpeting. He was very efficient and the installation and removal went very smoothly. I had researched other plumbing companies and his price was better than the other 5 companies I reviewed for the exact same water heater. He was booked 2 weeks out but asked if we'd be open to a Saturday morning install, so he fit us into his busy schedule.
